Mofet Elementary School warmly hosted the Miami Study Tour. Over 150 needy children are part of the Nutritional Support Program of Chamah carried out at the Mofet Elementary School in which they receive a nutritious breakfast every school day. This not only combats hunger issues but gives the children energy to concentrate on their studies. All parties involved are grateful to the Greater Miami Jewish Federation for their generous assistance towards this program.
In addition to its Medical programs, Chamah attends to the needs of the spirit of the elderly and arranges excursions. This nice outing was a visit to several of Moscow's prominent places.
An evening of entertainment was held for the elderly at the Chamah Humanitarian Center in Moscow. Renowned dancers in Russia who are now over 80 (!) graced the elderly with a lively performance. Music from the 50's and 60's was played. The evening was immensely enjoyed by both entertainers and participants!
